Terms of Service

These are the terms of service for bolo, a weekly meal-planning app.

Your account

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your password secure. You must be able to legally enter into these terms to create an account.

Acceptable use

Use bolo for planning and cooking meals, not for uploading content you don't have rights to, attempting to abuse rate limits or the AI features, scraping the service, or interfering with other users' access to it. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this.

Content you provide

You keep ownership of recipes, photos, and notes you add to bolo. By adding content, you grant us the right to store and process it in order to run the product for you (including sending it to the AI providers listed in the Privacy Policy).

AI-generated content

Nutrition scores, generated images, and AI-assisted edits are produced automatically and may contain errors. Don't rely on nutrition signals for medical or dietary decisions without independent verification.

Account termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service.

No warranty

bolo is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of bolo after a change means you accept the updated terms.
