Refund Policy

Last updated: August 20, 2026

Who you bought bolo+ from depends on where you subscribed, and it decides who handles cancellations and refunds.

If you subscribed in the iPhone app, Apple is the seller. Manage or cancel from Settings on your iPhone: tap your name, then Subscriptions. Refunds are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com — we cannot issue them on Apple's behalf. If a request is declined and you believe that is wrong, contact us and we will help where we can.

If you subscribed on the web, bolo+ is billed through Paddle, our merchant of record, at the plan and price shown at checkout and on our Pricing page. You can cancel at any time from Settings in bolo.

Either way, subscriptions renew automatically for the billing period you select until you cancel, and you keep access to bolo+ until the end of your current paid period. We don't provide refunds for unused time on a cancelled subscription, except where required by law.

If you believe you were charged in error, or you're entitled to a refund under a consumer protection law that applies to you (such as the Australian Consumer Law), contact us at mkpropositions@gmail.com and we'll review it. Nothing in this policy limits any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
